Chris and his team did an outstanding job. I hired them to finish our basement and remodel our kitchen. I was very impressed with the knowledge, demeanor and professionalism of every single member of the team. An important aspect of the experience is communication - Chris always made sure he reached out to let me know the work being done that day and set all the right expectations so there weren't any surprises. Chris worked with us from start to finish on conceptualizing the basement, picking materials, navigating anticipated surprises (older house plumbing issues), and seeing the bigger picture of things that would make the basement renovation even better, without breaking the bank. We always trusted his advice and felt that he had our best interest in mind when making suggestions or recommendations. He was also really kind and enjoyable to work with, which on a project of this size, it's wonderful to have somebody that you trust and feels like a partner. The final product is a beautiful finished basement. Even with the extra costs of a plumbing issue (which had everything to do with antique pipes and nothing to do with Prosper's work), we still managed to stay relatively close to our original wish list budget. And the detail orientation and level of their work is superb and we love how beautiful this space is now. In short, we highly recommend Prosper Property Management and Preservation for your next home project.

Chris made sure we knew what items were needed from us in advance, coordinated all aspects of the project seamlessly, and provided a detailed quote from the start. His flexibility and willingness to accommodate changes made the entire process stress-free. Noel’s craftsmanship was truly remarkable. He tackled a challenging tile pattern with precision and care, turning our vision into a reality. His attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the work, from tiling to patching and painting our ceiling, which had been stained from a previous leak. The ceiling now looks flawless, as if new. Noel approached his work with an evident passion, treating each task with the finesse of an artist. Adam's thoroughness and efficiency was also invaluable. Issues like hidden black mold, rotten frames, and previous termite damage inside dry wall were uncovered and addressed efficiently and effectively along with the planned project without delaying the project too much. Over the past year, I searched for a contractor to remodel my bathroom. They would visit, promise a quote, and then disappear. I found Chris Cyr from Prosper Construction on Home Advisor. He came to assess the project and provided a detailed quote the next day. I researched his company and found no complaints. Chris, Noel, and another employee arrived on time to start the demolition. Noel did an exceptional job rebuilding and retiling our shower and floor, refurbishing our vanity, and installing new molding. He also repainted the entire bathroom. Noel was knowledgeable, respectful, and had a positive attitude. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Chris and Noel, and I highly recommend Prosper Construction.
