This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:

How to Make a Claim:

In the unlikely event that you discover a defect covered by this warranty, please contact Prosper Construction within 30 days of discovering the defect. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, arrange for the repair or replacement of the defective workmanship.
