Client is responsible for providing accurate project information.

Payments must be made according to the terms outlined in your project agreement.
Late payments may be subject to interest or service suspension as permitted by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, graphics, and materials, is the property of Prosper Construction and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Website content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Construction services are governed strictly by signed contractual agreements.
